Russia launches devastating attacks on Ukraine, President Zelenskyy raises the alarm over missing ballistic missile warnings, and Washington faces urgent questions about U.S. intelligence sharing. President Trump says intelligence cooperation has not stopped—but the controversy exposes a much larger problem surrounding his proposed Russia–Ukraine energy ceasefire.

Ukraine reports deadly strikes in Kharkiv and Kyiv while Zelenskyy says Ukrainian forces have refrained from attacking Russian oil refineries and energy infrastructure for two days. Russia, meanwhile, continues its attacks. Trump insists the parties agreed to an energy ceasefire because he said they agreed, raising a fundamental question: Can there be a ceasefire when neither side has confirmed accepting one?

At the Warsaw Security Forum, Keith Kellogg delivers an extraordinary statement about targeting Russian oil refineries, while Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha warns that Ukraine's future—and Europe's security—depend on strength, realism, and enforceable international law. We also examine Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov's comments on U.S.–Russian energy cooperation and Trump's statements about Russian and Chinese assistance to Iran.

Today we separate the statements, disputed claims, and actual developments from the political chaos—and explain why the difference matters for Ukraine and the future of European security.

Ukraine has launched a massive overnight drone attack against St. Petersburg, Russia, with reports of strikes on an oil terminal, a major bridge, electrical substations, and a VKontakte data center. Russian officials acknowledge the attack as airport operations are disrupted, fires are reported, and power outages spread across parts of the region.

In this breaking news report, Greg Terry examines the developing situation in St. Petersburg and the surrounding Leningrad region. Governor Alexander Beglov has acknowledged the Ukrainian drone attack, reporting fires at infrastructure facilities and restrictions at Pulkovo Airport. Additional reports describe damage to the St. Petersburg oil terminal, disruptions to VKontakte's digital services, and electricity outages affecting parts of the region. The Vostochnaya 330 kV electrical substation is also identified among the reported targets.

Greg walks through the geography of the attack, including a strategic eight-lane bridge connecting parts of St. Petersburg, and presents newly circulating footage showing incoming drones, fires, mobile air defenses, and an apparent bridge strike. The full extent of the damage remains to be established as the situation continues to develop.

These are Ukraine's long-range sanctions reaching one of Russia's most important cities. What does this attack mean for Russia's energy infrastructure, transportation networks, and internal security? And how will the Kremlin and Washington respond? Greg examines the immediate reports and the potential political consequences of a significant escalation in Ukraine's long-range strike campaign.

Russia appears to be taking increasingly risky actions. A drone strike at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant raises serious questions, while Russian drones reportedly landed in Romania once again, bringing the war closer to NATO territory. Add Medvedev's latest threats, new warnings from analysts and military leaders, Russian pressure on Armenia, and continued escalation across multiple fronts, and a pattern begins to emerge. In this video, we examine whether these incidents are isolated events—or evidence that the Kremlin is becoming more willing to take dangerous risks as the war continues.
