Russian influence operations no longer look like the old Cold War stereotype. In this conversation, Ryan Mauro of the Mauro Institute explains how modern influence can move through bots, algorithmic amplification, access agents, media networks, professional associations, and people who may not even realize they are helping spread someone else’s narrative.
