I examine the reported overnight Ukrainian strike wave against Russian industrial and logistics targets: FirePoint’s claimed FP-5 Flamingo missile hits on the Volgograd Promkets chemical facility, a fire at Rosneft’s Saratov oil refinery, damage at Saratov’s Ozon logistics hub, and a reported AN-196 Luty strike on the Azot chemical plant in Berezniki, Perm Krai. The strategic question is whether attacks on refining, chemical inputs, warehousing, and air traffic can impose compounding costs on Russia’s war-supporting economy.
