This morning, Crimea has now declared widespread water shortages as they no longer have the ability to run the pumps to feed the water to local towns and villages. Russian authorities are trying to maintain order, but people have understandably begun to panic. Meanwhile, Ukraine struck and destroyed a large part of Crimea’s Sevastopol power plant which supplies 50% of the electricity to the entire peninsula as it seems that quick repairs are very unlikely. Meanwhile, Russian authorities have announced that mobile phone service is now being “rationed” in some cities in Crimea — further fueling fears that Putin may decide to turn off the internet to censor any growing civil unrest. Meanwhile in Iran, we have seen a new series of major strikes on Iran’s coast as U.S. Officials finalize plans to hit “strategic targets” far wider in scope than merely the Iranian coast.

The war in Ukraine has reached a tipping point. With increased Ukrainian strikes on Moscow and Crimea, there's something different about what we're now seeing. Ukraine is doing a better job of breaking through Russia's air defenses, and they're getting through with stronger payloads, hitting strategic targets more precisely in ways that create ever larger impacts. I discuss why this is such a monumental moment in the war, and why Ukraine will win.

229 - Texas Homeless Crisis 2026: How Fentanyl Is Fueling the Crisis Across the State | Documentary

Texas is facing a growing homelessness crisis stretching from Houston and Dallas to Austin and San Antonio. In this 2026 episode of US HOMELESS STORIES, we investigate how fentanyl addiction is fueling homelessness, deepening poverty, and making life on the streets more dangerous across the Lone Star State.

Homeless in Texas, Texas homeless crisis 2026, fentanyl crisis Texas, Texas homeless documentary, life on the streets Texas, addiction crisis USA, homelessness in America 2026, homeless camps Texas, survival documentary, homeless in America.

This documentary takes viewers into the reality of Texas streets, where rising housing costs, addiction, and economic hardship continue to push more people into homelessness. Encampments are growing, families are struggling to stay housed, and fentanyl is worsening an already severe crisis. Through raw interviews and unfiltered street footage, we reveal the human cost of addiction and homelessness across one of America’s fastest-growing states.

What is happening in Texas is not limited to one city. It is a statewide crisis that reflects broader challenges facing communities across America.
