Ukraine’s war is moving on several fronts at once. In this update, we go inside Russia to examine footage from Moscow showing a long fuel line on one side of the road and a burning Wildberries warehouse on the other — then use the visible GPS coordinates and street imagery to verify the location.
We then turn to Mykhailo Fedorov’s major interview and his warning about what it may take to force Russia to end this war. Fedorov says Ukraine will have its own ballistic missile and gives a three-to-six-month estimate for when one could strike a target inside Russia. That comes as Ukraine continues debating key government appointments and protesters keep demanding Fedorov’s return.
And in Zaporizhia, we see another brutal reality of civilian life near the front: a minibus fitted with anti-drone cage protection to survive Russian FPV attacks. Shortly before recording, a new image arrived showing that same minibus destroyed. At the time of this video, information about possible injuries had not been confirmed. I also explain why I am holding back a separate FSB blackmail story until the evidence can be fully verified.

Ukraine delivered what Greg calls a fantastic night of long-range strikes, while Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk issued one of his strongest warnings yet about Russia, European security, and Poland’s rapidly growing military power.
Russia claimed it intercepted 598 Ukrainian drones across 19 regions, Crimea, and surrounding seas—a figure that remains an unverified Russian claim. Ukraine also reported a major strike involving the Flamingo FP-5 against the TsSKB Progress facility in Samara, a strategically important center connected to Russia’s rocket and satellite industrial base. Ukraine also struck Savasleyka Air Base, home to MiG-31 aircraft associated with Kinzhal missile launches against Ukraine.
The contrast remains brutal. While Ukraine targets Russian military and industrial infrastructure, Russia continued its own barrage against Ukraine. Greg discusses reports of 152 drones overnight and the heartbreaking death of a three-month-old infant in Marhanets. With autumn approaching, Ukraine’s campaign against Russian military capabilities and Donald Tusk’s warning about the threat from Russia point toward an increasingly consequential period ahead.

Jack Keane says the United States is applying unprecedented pressure on Iran — and that this strategy could represent a fundamental change in how Washington deals with the Iranian regime.

After the Trump-Putin call and a full day of statements from Moscow, NATO, Germany, Ukraine, and the United States, the direction of this war is becoming harder to ignore: serious officials are now openly preparing for a conflict that could continue for months—and potentially years.
In this update, I break down Yuri Ushakov’s account of the Trump-Putin conversation, Dmitry Peskov’s insistence that Russia still intends to achieve the goals of its so-called “special military operation,” and Moscow’s apparent belief that winter pressure could weaken Ukraine. At the same time, Britain and Germany are moving additional air-defense support toward Ukraine as Russia intensifies attacks on critical infrastructure.
