Federal prosecutors just filed a two-count criminal information against James Comey under the Espionage Act, alleging he LEAKED national defense information to the media and CONSPIRED to leak it! The case was filed under seal, then unsealed after Comey himself asked for it, and it’s now assigned to Judge Trevor McFadden. Plus, a judge rules the firing of Maureen Comey unlawful, and the DOJ is already planning to appeal!
